Your two years of research have yielded you little in the knowledge of cellular function evidently. Dissolved rocks do not yield cell utilized minerals such as those found in plants. They are ionic, metallic, and are much larger than their plant counterparts after photosynthesis breaks them down (digests them) so that our bodies can utilize them. Their charge usually reverses to a negative charge as well.
With water, it is about structure and energies, not minerals. This is what determines cell and body utilization of water.
