Have you ever thought about by not eating a full balanced meal, might cause you to bloat. I know anytime I don't eat health and eat a bunch of one thing or a bunch of a couple things, it bloats me and my body protests because it isn't balanced for my body.
Either too much acid or too much fat or too much of something that is out of balance because I am getting the full balance on what I need. Too much of one thing is not good for anybody's body to handle.
