if you were of a mind to change career to become a diplomat............then I would reconsider.

Your choice of words leaves much to be desired in terms of civility and common decency, especially someone who is supposed to be a "health professional" and therefore someone of "standing" within any community.

The constructive replies re' Lauray I feel were justified, in that she was posting a blog, and where it is just not necessary to post a thesis on her daily troubles.
It is also discouraging to have to read such lengthy dissertations, despite anyones altruistic motives in being able to offer the help she is in need of.
