yes JAB, I take 5 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement every morning.But it's long before when I last took selenium also.I take Iodine for the energy it gives me and for the better body temperature regulation effects.
As for Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I now realize that I have to take it once at least every 3 weeks.
