lemon juice/cream of tartar/ES....Bitters

The Flush instructions the ND gave me, had the lemon juice/cream of tartar/ Epsom Salts instructions also- and it was supposed to be taken 21 nights prior to then doing the prep for a coke flush for 3 days (1 qt apple juice per day, with 90 drops of phos drops). The Epsom Salts (as with The Clark Flush ) are used prior to, and the next morning after taking the flush ingredients.

I should try the nightly lemon juice/cream of tartar/ Epsom Salts again. I was only able to do it a week, and HAD to flush- that was one of the times that I've had to do consecutive flushes, several nights in a row- and got alot of large liver stones (no gallbladder)
Maybe the tartness of the lemon juice and cream of tartar, works like this post about bitters:

>>>>Bitters work by stimulating the bitter receptors of the tongue, which in turn stimulates the vagus nerve. This leads to an increase of stomach acid, pancreatic enzymes, and bile, which is why they are also known as digestive bitters. Stimulating the vagus nerve this way also causes the liver to flush, which allows the liver to break down dangerous substances more effectively, such as excess estrogens. Any bitter tasting substance will work.
