if i think its worms, is it?

i have never had any huge purge or even a solid specimen from earlier dewormings and cleanses and liver flushes. i dont have any outward symptoms of parasites. but i do have an itch by my belly button that persists and seems to move around. i also have what feels like worms crawling under the skin in my crotch and inner thigh area. not all the time, just once in a while. it will start suddenly. feels like something crawling. i scratch it and it stops.

if it feels like worms, is it? if it moves around, is it worms? what else might these things be? they are both kinda weird.
