I have been suffering insomnia for more than 20 years (I had it when I was 15 yr old). I have seen doctors, sleeping specialists and phychitrists. None of them helped me at all. One month ago, I started to take Ornithine and I was able to have some sleep since then but I still couldn't sleep soundly. I don't have any weight problem or other health problem. I have done Liver Flush too.
Ornithine is not legal in Canada yet and I had to buy them under counter. I am just wondering if inositol does help with eliminating insomnia with all of you? Because I found that sometimes, the same drug/supplement may not work the same on the different people.
