liver or parasite cleanse for 8 year old

I would like to put my 8 year old grandson on a liver cleanse and/or a parasite cleanse. I imagine he is needing both. When he came to live with us last year, he was suffering from very dry skin (painful to put lotion on or to scrub in the shower). He also has severe allergies where his eyes itch intensely and he gets huge bags under his eyes. He also does not sleep well - very restless. He's a skinny scrawny kid (but then so is his father). There is a history of asthma in the family so I'm concerned about that becoming an issue. I'm working on his eating habits - of course his favorite food is pizza. I am giving him vitamin c and GreenEnergy plus I have him on Primal Defense. I realized yesterday that I need to cut back on the Primal Defense because he seems to be getting cranky lately - he's been on it for 2 weeks now and that's the only sign I'm seeing so far. He's very spacey and has trouble focusing in school. My question is what and how much of either the parasite or liver cleanse would be best for him - keeping in mind that I would need to give him something in capsule form in order to get him to take it. By the way, I just received my zapper and plan to use that on him as well. Will the zapper help with his gum infection? I hope someone has had some similar experiences with young children - I'm feeling a little frustrated. Thanks guys.
