I think I reiterate what people have said. A short note on your website would have made all the difference in the world and closing down your website to new orders that you clearly were not able to handle would have been something you could have done that wouldn't have been all that labour intensive and would have taken care of the needs of your customers while you were trying to regroup. You just can't leave people hanging for months on end and continue to take orders that you in no way could process at the time. I did receive my order but it is wrong because I need it without walnut. No one is saying that you should rush your retraining but you need to keep customers informed.
