I hadn't heard that about echinacea, oh dear!

And zapper -- no, I don't own one and haven't even come close to getting my head around it . . . maybe someday.

Don't have any gradeseed extract. Do have oregano oil. Will be breathing some of that in a bit too :-)

It's so funny, my attitude did a 180 after that doc visit. I was laughing in the car on the way home . . .
