I'm confused about parasite cleanse & CoQ10

I think I'm not understanding something right...

If you only took CoQ10 AND CoQ10 is strong enough to get the Tapeworm casts/eggs? in the thymus, spleen, bone marrow, brain and liver which would be cast out and absorbed by the body right ? not through the intestines. Soooo then the only way the CoQ10 would cause worms in the stool would be if you had them in your intestines and it killed misc worms there right ?

Sooo if you were already taking a parasite cleanse prior to the CoQ10 you might not even see worms ?

And if CoQ10 is that strong why doesn't it kill the other worms also? Why would you need a parasite cleanse and the CoQ10 ?

And I don't have an ozonator to do the ozonated olive oil, 1/2 tbs. taken morning and night.
I got some L-cysteine, 500mg which is recommended at 2 capsules 3 times a day. I have not taken them yet...Should I be taking them now ? Even though I can't ozonate olive oil ?

I have had an off and on kinda strange dull headache which I assume is die-off and have been taking Ornithine in the evening. I guess that's ok ?
