Amonia Smell

I've been noticing for a month or so that after I go to the gym and hop in the shower I'm attacked by a STRONG amonia smell. I've asked my doctor and she had no idea what it was, but was sure it was nothing. I've looked online, but couldn't find any threads there either.
I've just looked over Dr. Clark's book and noticed that she relates amonia odor in urine to parasites. But she doesn't mention in sweat. I haven't noticed any amonia oder in my urine.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did a parasite cleanse help?
