Parasite/Bowel Products

Hi--this is my first time posting. I know this must have been discussed before but I thought I'd ask instead of searching forever through the archives. I want to do a 3 month Bowel Cleanse together with a 3 month parasite cleanse. I'm overwhelmed by all the different products out there. Is anyone willing to share which 30 day cleanses they've found useful or found not very good? Thanks!
