Hypoglycemia and Adrenal Fatigue- Which of the two is the Primary Problem?

Adrenal fatigue authors and writers blames adrenal fatigue for hypoglycemia symptoms (i.e. cortisol antagonize insulin too much). On the other hand, hypoglycemia authors/writers blames the overactive pancreas for adrenal fatigue symptoms (i.e. chronic low blood sugar makes the adrenal pump cortisol and adrenalin until adrenals are fatigued).

My saliva test confirm that I have adrenal fatigue (low cortisol in morning, noon and afternoon except midnight). At the same time, I have hypoglycemia symptoms. So, how do I know which one is my primary problem, my sick pancreas or tired adrenals? I think I need to know this inorder for me to once and for all cure my these health problems. What do you think Dr. Lam? Others are welcome to comment.
