Ha ha ha! And I should know by now not to shop when I am hungry, and if I do, take a basket not a trolley! Oh well I guess I'll pay for that a bit, however I can lose a pound a day so it won't take long to make it go. I think I'll avoid the scale for a day or two now, ha ha!

Yes the bacon was from the freezer, I bought a while ago, I will watch out for that so thanks Chris. In actual fact I have an organic farmers market near me

, in future I will try to buy from there, I bet I can find it nitrate free there. Mind you these days I prefer fish, so can probably do without bacon. I find farmers markets quite good, but a little expensive. I am sure they must have the equivalent the world over. Tweet
