Re: anyone want to share their personal experience?
I've done a
parasite cleanse and am getting ready to do another. I never saw anything in the toilet that didn't look like just food - bits of vegetables, oatmeal, etc. Maybe it really is rice that you're seeing, I don't know how you would know unless you could have it analyzed or throw it under a microscope. I think for most westerners, the
parasites are really tiny and you wouldn't see them. I really wanted to see something, too, even if it wiggled. I would have liked the "proof." There is probably a lab somewhere that you could send samples off to be analyzed if you really want to know for sure. (Great Smokies lab, maybe? I think they are down south somewhere.) The other thing is that
parasites don't only hang out in your gut - they can be anywhere in your body, so eliminating them from other sites would not be "visible." I guess in that case they just die in your body and your organs of elimination take care of that waste, which is a good reason to keep the kidney, liver, lymph, etc. healthy. I'm taking the approach that if a cleanse is tolerable, I'd rather do it on the chance that it's getting stuff out that needs to come out, even if I don't see it or notice a huge change in health.
