I have a similar unit. It is Dr. Ho's muscle massage unit.
I checked its output and it did not come anywhere near what the Clark Zapper does.
I did not give me a voltage over 2.5 volts but that may be that my unit only runs on two "AA" batteries. The output to the oscilloscope was also nowhere what the Clark Zapper is. A was a very erratic pulse, not smooth and consistent nor square as Clark's. The frequency varied from about .002 KHz to around .600 KHZ. That is well below Dr. Clarks Zapper of 30 KHz.
Go ahead and use it. You should get a good muscle massage from it but in my opinion, I don't think it will kill any parasites.
You will be better off buying or building one.
If I were to buy one I would get the Super Zapper Deluxe found at http://www.drclarkstore.com/index.html.
But don't rely on the velcro cuffs or coiled cords.
