Re: Super post Grz - once again I am humbled by your example

there were more than enough good, viable "choices" in the primaries, and indeed in the election to have made our voices heard loud and clear... in no particular order;

Dennis Kucinich
Ron Paul
Alan Keyes
Cynthia McKinney
Chuck Baldwin
Bob Barr
Ralph Nader

and more... 3 or 4 of whom I would have voted for... I did write in one of them.

People are comfortable in their mind controlled state, and cannot see that they are manipulated, controlled, and herded into their decisions by the party demagogues; or worse, do not want to see and are comfortable "thinking" that they made a choice, when in reality, they did not.

I suggest that people read essays by Ron, Ralph, Chuck, Bob, Alan, Cynthia and others... I suggest that they pay more attention to potential "fringe" and third party political candidates and their words from now till, and through future elections... I suggest we (those of us who are awake and free thinking) all work towards re-educating the herded masses to the best of our abilities. Perhaps, just perhaps, we will have a chance to still turn this thing around.

I also suggest that all people pay close attention to the PTB and their efforts to crucify any candidate that gets close to unseating a status quo Rep or Dem and ignore it as just part of the herding\manipulative process.

Obama's appointments are, and will continue to show us that he is just more of the same. Understand that "more of the same" can be approached from different directions, so while on the surface we may feel there is "change", the end result is the same.

There is an interesting phenomenon at play here though... emotion. The male was relatively immune to emotional manipulation until chemical pollution started altering brain and hormonal chemistry.

The female vote permitted the greater use of emotional manipulation and appeal... and is, was, and has been used to herd the vote. Emotion affects both sexes.

What I am saying - We, need to be acutely aware of ourselves and ensure that our vote is not based on an emotional choice.
