Herb is a plant. Why government doesn't want you to smoke?

"Herb is the healing of the nation. While alcohol is the destruction of mankind... herb is so good for everything.... Why? ...Why? ...these people want to do so much good for everyone? ...all these people that call themselves government... and this and that? Why? Them? ...say you should not use the herb? ...they say "you mustn't use it... you mustn't use because... it will make you rebel" ...against what?"
