I got this diagnoses of FMS as well, and I am currently doing the paragone cleanse and the irritable bowle, Is not happening. Only pain right before bowle movement, then weird things in the toilet. The joint pain is for like 30 seconds then leaves. I think some of these parasites go to the joints. And I think this time they are dying. Also doctor says I have a heart murmur, again I believe this is related to an infestion of my circulatory system. The doctor says all his FMS patients are very sensitive to everything. People, foods, chemicals, sensitive stomaches, circulatory systems, joints. I believe no wonder the bodys load of irritation can only take so much when it is filled with god knows. Good luck
