Re: can anyone help?
Have you figured out why you have tinnitus? This is a problem caused most often by impaired circulation along the eustachian tube. This could be from narrow arteries, drugs like ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin, etc.), vasoconstriction from other reasons, slipped vertebrae in the neck compressing the arteries, etc. It can also be from structural damage inside the ear. The first causes I listed are the easiest to deal with. You can e-mail me if you like with more details.
As for hypothyroidism again this has numerous causes. This can be hypothalamus/pituitary dysfunction, chlorine, fluoride or bromine exposure,
Iodine deficiency, hormone imbalances, adrenal dysfunction, poor T4 to T3 conversion, high rT3 levels, chronic stress, and Hashimoto's thyroidosis (autoimmunity). Throwing
Iodine at hypothyroidism is not always going to help since this will only work in a handful of causes of hypothyroidism. Again, if you want to supply more detailed information in an e-mail I can see if I can give you some more detailed ideas of how to address your issues.
