A wealth of information. And yes, I do agree about many other health issues attributing to adrenal fatigue as well. I contracted genital herpes from my husband 18 years ago and that virus traveled up my spine and I was in the hospitol for a week with viral spinal mennengitus (my dr. said I was the 2nd case only like this he had seen in all his years of medicine. So the herpes is another stressor to the adrenals I have to take care of, besides being hypoglycemic too.
I did not know you, Dr. Lam had adrenal fatigue a decade ago. What an accomplishment not only to yourself, but to your profession and to all the others you have helped. I thank you.
I am sticking full guns to doing everything I can to recover and 'stay' in good health, as I am in the 3rd stage of adrenal exhaustion. And can't ever let myself get this way ever again.
In doing research on magnesium, I had no idea how essential this is for so many areas of health. Also, found that magnesium chloride is found to be the best as far as a higher absorbtion/utilization. Is this true Dr. Lam?
