Re: iodized salt?

Well I can only give you my opinion. Iodine is necessary, but other sources besides white table salt should be used. I eat salmon and kelp and alfalfa and don't think that Iodine is lacking in my diet.

Table salt is irrdiated and refined and was causing bad reactions in my thyroid. When I stopped using it for the family I discovered the iodized salt had been what was causing my sons vitaligo (pigmentless spots common in families with thyroid trouble)

I don't think anyone on a well balanced diet needs Iodine unless proven low in iodine...in which case I'd take the kelp tablets.

Low blood pressure...I'd have to ask if you have enough iron in your diet. And if you are taking a good vitamin B complex...but that is all I can think of.

Do you have a link to the salt Water Cure ? I really can't function without taking some unrefined salt in my water every morning.
Thanks
