I restarted another for myself, after my weekend fast, I wanted to just continue from the weekend, but I did have some juice and fruit. So today is day 2 for me. I would like to lose about 20 pounds, then another fast at the end of december to finish up my weight loss goals. 20 this month, and hopefully 20 next month through water fasting, then be able to start the new year at my goal weight! What an awesome thing that would be!
