Hi my name is James in 20 years old and am 6'6 280 pounds. I am looking for some advice on how to get into fasting for the long term (10+days) but I need to wean into it as I have never fasted before. Just wondering if anyone could show me like a sample schedule of fasting(24hrs here rest for 2 days 48 hours here rest for 2 days etc.) and also any advice or tips on what i should be drinking water wise (distilled) and also about any supplements i should take.
