high blood pressure
Hi,
I had an heart attack at the end of last year.
I'm 65yrs. old and just retired. My world seemed at the time to me just about done and dusted.
Since I had h.b.p. , it also had dampened my spirits somewhat.
I now had time to reflect on my life, feeling sorry for myself, accepting perhaps that it was I to blame, bad diet, smoked, drank, what do you expect I thought?
NONSENSE
I cried!
Ignorance perhaps, surely, ignoring, most likely, anyway lets get to work on it, nothing to lose eh!
So with having high blood pressure I purchased a b.p. monitor so every time I consumed , I recorded b.p.
The heart attack had put an end to my smoking cigarettes, so there was nothing standing in my way.
A list of forbidden foods soon started to appear, there was one item actually that significantly reduced my b.p. and that was cucumber in a tuna sandwich!
eg. 153/90 to 123/71 within 15 minutes, simply amazing!
I still had a problem: my overall monitor readings were inconsistant.
What was causing the problem I thought?
I ran the word 'salt' on my computer: that was an education in itself!
On top of that the thesis went onto 'water'.
On 18/07/04 I began the
"water cure" &
"salt cure".
I have cracked!
I believe my b.p. readings are constantly within the criteria!
+ I feel good!
So this year is "out with the old, in with the new!
"THANKS CUREZONE WHAT CAN I SAY!
Tom,
Hope springs eternal.
