Re: liver flukes, how do we get them, and how do we stay rid of them?

I expelled liver flukes after my 3rd flush, abt 3 years ago. I was quite shocked, so did some research. Apparently those critters go through several stages ( something like butterflies, just never as pretty!)It appears that raw fish as in sushi is one of the main culprits from where we can pick up larvae. They can live and thrive in human bodies for many years. I did the Hulda Clark e parasite cleanse, and also took Hanna Kroeger's Wormwood combination ( Kroeger herb Products). I have never seen liver flukes again although I have done at least 20 flushes since then.Also, I will never eat sushi again, unless they are vegetarian and were not prepared were they prepare the raw fish sushi.
