I can't understand how he can believe what he wrote there.
I have not seen him mention chlorite before and while It doesn't seem to persist long and the amounts excreted in relation to chloride from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement /ClO2 breakdown in the body seem to be small it certainly is present, from the reports I've read.
Also chlorite may be potentially toxic to the developing nervous system of small children at above 1 ppm so there is a concern there if it is given in large enough doses
