I won't hold my breath for that speech - lol.  But you might be right.  The Obama lovefest is in great part a reflection of the disaster of the past eight year Bushfest.  Combine the desparate desire for change with liberal guilt, black pride and a virtual lock on the media and Obama is what you get, for better or worse.

Whoever gets the job is going to be handed a reeking mess and if they keep printing those green bandaids to try to patch up the mortal wounds and spend our way out of debt the ultimate price may be empire ending in scope.

Which may be the plan anyway.
