What they are referring to is the Certificate of Birth that is shown in the images you posted.  That is a computer generated and laser printed image and not at all the same as the original Birth Certificate, though it is considered a legal document by the State of Hawaii.  No one has seen or photographed the original Certificate that is on file with the State of Hawaii.  It would be a monumentally simple task for Obama to obtain an official photocopy of the original.

Why he has not is beyond me.
