That's the diet I followed for 8 months, and lost 55 pounds - I gained it back when I went off the diet, but I really wanted some ice cream and a glass of wine and the diet slowly ended. It's hard to do, because with a candida problem you're addicted to the foods the fungus in your gut lives on - and allergic to those foods at the same time. I also took Diflucan every day for the first couple of months. I had lots of Aramanth and Quinoa and sprouted bread. If you think you can have any Sugar at all, the next thing you know you'll be back eating sugar. I think that was the hardest part. I had no fruit at first, then added back apples and grapes, but not sweet fruit like bananas.
