Lots of us on this forum use Epsom Salts with our flush as instructed by Dr. Hulda Clark . I squeeze 1/2 a lemon in my Epsom Salt mixture. With each 3/4 cup I hold my nose to get it down. Immediately after I down it, I suck on a lemon slice and rinse my mouth with water. It's literally only about 5 seconds of taste while you down it and then your OK.
I think a little Epsom Salts versus Gallstones it's an obvious health choice. You need them so you don't get a stone stuck in my opinoin. I'm one of those "safer than sorry" people with the flushes though.
