I did several Liver Flushes before I did ANY other flushes and I did just fine. So, go ahead. You will be ok. Flush away!

The orthinine absorbs the toxins your body will be releasing, which could keep you awake. But, there again, I have done several flushes without orthinine. But, since this is your first flush, you will be very nervous about everything, so you make the decision about taking the sedative tonight.

Just remember, we are hanging with ya!!
