Tracy, Southern Bell,Sea Salt

Hi Tracy, Southern Bell,Sea Salt
I don't like the Epsom Salt or the oil and grapefruit yuk and yuk, but will do whatever it takes to save surgery.(suck it up you're an adult now).I've done 7 consecutive cleanses now,the first six with E S using less and less each time. 2 1/2teaspoons on flush six.Flush seven I used no E S but more oil and got a ton of stones.
I am weary of the salt for a few reasons;
1.Your kidneys and body is dealing with all the toxic liquid that your body has just released from your liver.The salt water is just that much more to be dealt with.Salt is a heavy burden on the kidneys. My brother has a kidney transplant and that is one road I don't want to go down.
2.Julia from prime health (sensiblehealth.com)told me not to use e s unless there is a stuck stone.She specializes in gb and liver research so I value her opinion.(I've met her several times and she's one smart fortune cookie)

As for John Thomas' method,if it gets all the stones out faster I would love to try it.He wants $699.for his "liver purge package" and also recommends other products of his that you should take in conjunction.If anyone wants to part with the cash and try it his # is (509)465-4154.Don't forget to report results.

P.S.New Years resolution!all stones gone this year!!!
