Hi Stonehedge!

That made for a very interesting post to think about. During all my flushes, I saw all the colors except red. I am going to go back and see if I find anyone who passed red stones. I wonder (if this is true) why red is most toxic.

I completed 8-9 flushes. The 3rd and 4th flushes produced the biggest and darkest colors. The last two flushes produced nothing. I decided after severl months of not flushing that I would do another flush last night. I always follow Dr. Clark although I started out last night trying to drink a pint of the olive oil 1/4 a cup at a time. Someone did this recently (I read it on a post) and got better results. Well, after the 1st sip, I knew I couldn't do that, so I went back to the olive oil/grapefruit drink right before I went to bed. After sleeping, I woke up to small green stones--the size of a lentil. So, unless something bigger "pops out," it will be a pretty uneventful flush. If something interesting comes, out, I will post again.

I have to admit that during my first few flushes, it was so thrilling to see those dark, round stones floating in the toilet and now it's such a let down for me to not see them anymore. Am I crazy or what!! Ha

I love the Epsom Salts , so I can't imagine why this author would say not to use it. Now, the olive oil is another matter. It makes me gag! Nasty stuff!!
