Definately run it by your homeopath, he/she will have their own variation. But I found that they want you to sit in their office and do it, not very comfortable, and doesn't give quite the same results.

You can read the whole prodcedure under the link for liver flushes. Do pay close attention to the time frame, its very important. You start at 6pm with the Epsom Salts , take the last dose the following morning and it over by 10-12 noon the next day.

As for how many flushes you do, you do them till you get about 2000 stones out. Some people have gotten thousands of more out.

And yes you injest the epson salts, they are not the best tasting, but they work very well at expelling stones and anything in your bowel. Epson salts have been used for many years as a laxative, and they are very good at it. Tweet
