Hi again, Spencer! The ingredients you want to make sure are in your parasite Cleanse package are: cloves, Wormwood and Black-Walnut hull. According to Dr. Hulda Clark these are the ingredients that will kill ALL stages of parasites. I am about to use the brand 'ParaGone'...it contains those ingredients and I have heard a few people on these forums talk about that brand. Charles Hilton (always an excellent poster!) used ParaGone and described strange heavy 'nests' that he passed! Well, that's good enough for me...so that's the one I'm going to use. I'm sure there are many other kinds that work just as well.

I think that the ParaGone regime is for 15 days on, then 5 days off, then 15 days on. I *think* that 30 days is recommended for sure.

I did the Master-Cleanse with Bentonite and psyllium prior to my first Liver Flush (which was excellent!). So, no, I didn't do the parasite cleanse first. It's not imperative for a good flush, it seems.
