Re: Nutrition stores

I have come to see -from experience- the mineral stores, in balance, are *the* key -- providing the basis for all else, along with sun (the best vit. D) and something else you might want to look into: The benefits of *Lecithin*. Lots of good info around CZ about lecithin. Look in Ask Moreless, Barefoot's stuff, etc.

The aches and pains are surely due to acidity (and the mag. sulphate will help a lot, as will remineralization generally). But lecithin can be another true blessing.:-)

One thing we need to remember, especially when/if it gets frustrating waiting to see results from *truly good* eating, is that if the produce grown does not have a high "brix" reading (lots of minerals, etc) then regardless of whether it is supposed to be alkalizing, it will in fact be acidifying. It's a complicated picture, but you know, in the end, after years and years of studying this all in its parts and pieces,
which is basically how the info. comes--all in bits and pieces--the answers look simpler and simpler. It seems to come down to this:

Grow your own food. Eat as nature intended. Use free will wisely.(that one causes no end of suffering) Create the world you want to see, with your thoughts.
Know that Grace exists, however you see that, and it is not owned by any one person, but is available to all, regardless. That alone, is a healing consideration, and can change the blood pH.

all easier said than done.

For most of us, growing our own food is not possible, which is why "brix" is such a valuable concept and tool to become acquainted with. It's amazing how good a body
can feel, that felt bad before. wonderful. then starts a whole new level of creativity, but that's impossible to conceive of, as long as the body is fighting for its very breath.

take care,

Chiron
