I know it's the merina just don't know why

I had my merina for just over a month. When my period started last week my left side was hurting sooo bad. It hurt to the point I can feel it in my bone! The doctor put me on Antibiotics then pain meds after I complained more. I felt better for a few days now I am hurting again! Only on my left side! I have 3 children and my husband has one. He says get it out. He says that Im moody and irritable. Can anyone tell me why my left side would hurt? I'm so glad that this site is here! None of the stuff the doctor gave me said any of this! His words were that it was so great that every woman should have one! I'm just worried. And so is my husband. The doctor that loves it so much won't even talk to me know his nurse is. and no straight answers. I just want answers. and after reading all this I will probly have it taken out! We have too many kids for me to get down. If it wasn't for my husband I don't know what I would do. He is the only one who listens.
