When you have candidiasys - SIBO, you have to go without any
Sugar of any kind for 3 days (it takes it that long to leave your system) when you do your stomach won't growl anymore, you won't have a stomach ache, you won't have constipation or diahrhia. The best description of the diet is: Meats (not ham), vegies and nuts. If you can do this - you can do it. The only fluid that works is water for sure. The constipation comes from the lactose foods. The diahrea comes from the High Fructose Corn syrup. Once I figured that out and went on the diet - I started feeling better.
Candidiasys is a very hard problem to overcome - so don't get frusterated. You will have good and bad days - I have. I had this when I was 23 years old. When I was 23 I stayed away from dairy and ate meats, vegies, no processed foods, no pop.
Now I am 44 years old and I developed it 6 years ago - but I didn't know it was candidiasys again until this year. I know how to get over it - but this time it is harder because I have a family and a life now - I didn't when I was 23 years old. You basically have to stay away from all sugars until the Yeast in your body is back in check. It is harder the older you are and your body recovers slower. You can try probotic's like

and no I don't work for them - I have just had success with them. They seem to help - the coating on them helps them to make it to your intestinal track where you need it.
