Burning urethra after oral sex

I'm a 21 year old male. My girlfriend was recently sexually assaulted and we have not had intercourse since. She has since performed unprotected oral sex on me, and here is what I have come to ask about. Literally 2 minutes after she had performed oral sex on me, my urethra started to burn. It has not stopped burning since then (last night). The burning increases when I have the urge to urinate and when I urinate. Topical creams help temporarily, but do not provide lasting relief.

She refused an STD test initially but is now going to get one, and has been on anti-STD meds as a protocol. My penis has no rash, bumps, etc. aside from some minor pinkish swelling that goes under and around the glans, but this could be from the various ointments I've applied to it. The burning feels like it's coming from the inside.

Let me also say that she used her nails pretty hard on it before performing oral, so I am not sure if that caused it? There are no marks from the nails because it was through thin clothing.

I am not aware of any STD that can travel that fast. I can say that I have experienced this burning only once before and it was with her. I wokeup the next day to find my penis burning a bit, ignored it, it went away in an hour or so. She had been tested for STDs prior to the recent sexual assault, so I know that she couldn't have given me something prior and neither of us have had any other partners during these time frames. I am concerned though since she did not get screened for STDs after the assault, and yes, it was stupid for me to go ahead with oral sex when I knew she hadn't been tested, but I am not sure what to do now.

I am a bit weirded out because her assaulter was a random guy in a car that seemed to have a protocol and a pattern, and if he does this as an everyday thing, there's a high chance he has something. At the same time, the "rape ward nurse" at the hospital informed me that it would be very very rare for he to get something after just one encounter. She said that there is always a risk but that the risk increases with continued exposure and that one encounter would not likely bring a definite STD or something like that.

Can someone please give me some advice? An STD that spreads immediately after oral? I have a hard time believing it. We're both getting checked as soon as possible but I need some assurance or info regarding this.

A few people suggested it could be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) and unrelated to any type of STD. Some suggested it could be her saliva that irritated my penis or the bacteria in her mouth. She feels really bad about this and is blaming herself but I keep telling her that it may not even be an STD.

As far as me, I've been on Antibiotics and Diflucan (an anti-fungal) recently. Not sure if the oral sex is even related but I was 100% until last night when I let her perform oral on me.

Any ideas?
