Re: Does oil pulling cause teeth to become transparent?

Thank you for the quick and detailed response :)

I have read around of sensitivity due to this, and I have always had week enamel that is very sensitive and I think that the pulling could be causing mineral depletion, which is causing the bottom of my teeth to become increasingly transparent (a few mm up from the tooth edge).

I will stop for a while and hope for re mineralization, and if OP'ing is the cause to my problem, that it didn't cause too much harm.

I hope it remineralizes :( or else I'll have to consider caps

btw I'm only 16, and I sometimes wonder if my body is mature enough to endure such an effective treatment

Thanks so much,
Project
