boy you got that right!! Rent and food comes first. I just finished a pumpkin flush and it is very hard to do but sure helps and is cheap. Yes I have improved so much and only by the grace of Allah. People are astonished at my improvement. I am back to my same old self.

I just thought it was such a rip off with people demanding we spend so much money. I say if God wants you to be well he will provide and we should live within our budget not others. I mean sometimes people make you feel bad because you can't afford the meds but in the long run it works out.
