like adamson typed, local health department, some doctors have a sliding fee scale. i am so thankful i found this forum when i did. i nearly took my life several times due to mirena causing bi polar schizophrenia. my history of Depression started when i went on the pill 12 years ago. i believe mirena is a toxin in women. mirena was pure h***. i no longer feel that way at all. life is so much better now!!! i still have my ups and downs but its not a roller coaster anymore!!! good luck!!!
