What my BV actually is being caused by!

HPV! Genital Warts! I have never been diagnosed until now, after many many months being told i had BV! I had paps done multiple times and they always came back negative. This 7th time I went to the Dr. and she was doing a pap and said there was an abnormality on my cervix, i had a colposcopy done and it turned out there were 3 warts on my cervix, 4 days later I have broken out in my vagina w/2 warts the first time this has ever happened. The very first time I went in for vaginal itching and burning from discharge the Dr. said it was a gardnerella bacteria infection, but none of the medications (i took them all in all forms) gave me ANY relief ever.

I am happier but at the same time of course sad.

Remember I had 3 pap smears done in 1 year and they never showed HPV. It took the doctor to take a good look at my cervix to see what was going on.
