Anyone's good experiences of a shortened protocol

That is OK advice if I had the time to do the research. I will be away from this morning through Friday evening with no access to the net to speak of. Then I will be travelling after the weekend and starting a new job (outside with young guests) probably 6 -7 days a week until Xmas.

Has anyone any good experiences of Liver Cleansing without some or all of the preambles. How long did it take?
