Thanks PTree. I'm relieved that I can take my supplements. I've had the niacin flush. It didn't scare me but I was quickly striped out of my sweater and into a tank top. Good thing I was at home. Looks like I've been sunburned for a half hour or so. Burns my nose. My circulation is so bad that when I first started using it only my upper body flushed. It took 5 days of taking 300mg in three doses a day till my lower legs started to get a flush and I have some areas in my calves that are blue when I flush. Not sure what that means. I'm taking most of my supplements for leg pain so I guess that they are starting to flush is a good sign. I'm going to cut the niacin back a bit since it might be too much with the vitamin c in the lemon juice then increase according to comfort.
I'm going to wait on enemas. It's a last resort for me so only if I get constipated and can't find any relief anywhere else. Funny thing is I had read about them in my early twenties and wanted to do them as a health aid.
You are right about flour and water. But I do love toast and butter. Just not allowed to eat it. Course I love lots of things that are very bad for me. I figure this is the price I pay for eating too much of it when I was young. Ate my lifetimes worth already.
