The few times I was constipated during my life were miserable so I can relate to that being enough for now. Sorry about mispelling your sn. The lemonaid is pretty good and I haven't had any blood Sugar problems. It seems to have cured a lingering cold I had. Are you going to be using the psyllium and Bentonite too? I'm zapping instead of the herbal parasite cleanse that is supposed to go with the ultimate fast. Plus doing the once a week Black-Walnut and CoQ10.
