Re: epsom salt not needed on liver flush?

You may want to try "Designated Hitter"'s modified cleanse (pasted below);
I have done the cleanse a few times without es. You either need to fast leading up to it, or do an enema the next day to clear things out. The ES has two effects: laxative, and magnesium as a muscle relaxant (though someone found an info site that said ES magnesium is not absorbable). So, all you need to do is find alternatives to these two effects. You could take a magnesium supplement for the second one. But I've never had a problem. Laxative: The more oil, the more it all comes out, or an enema or that citrate stuff.

Yesterday I did a modified cleanse due to problems on prior cleanses. In lieu of Epsom Salts I created a special drink - a gallon of distilled water with a few ounces of organic lime juice, unsweetened - and sipped on it all day at work, having only a Grapefruit for Breakfast and one for lunch. When I got home, I began to take oil - one tablespoon of Olive oil on the hour, and one half tablespoon of flax seed oil on the half hour from 8 until 11pm when I went to bed. I then drank a half cup of olive oil with a chaser of an ounce of pure lime juice, and another half cup with another chaser.

At about 6am I woke up and had a massive evacuation. Literally a thousand stones or more, many (20+) small totally calcified ones and a small number of large calcified stones including one that was HUGE. Then there was the usual green and brown gungy stones.

Simply unbelievable, had i not witnessed it with my own eyes.

I recommend everyone try what I did. I think the all day acidity worked to weaken the stones and the combination of oils had a really effective flushing action. I am right now going straight on the MC, and will do it for 5 days or so (too busy to do full 10 days right now).
