Once the stones are out it heals itself but to speed up the process that might help, at least according to research. Dr. Clark sells some liver herbs for about 7 dollars too. I'm thinking of ordering them. It has the milk thistle but not the dandelion in it. I'm taking dandelion tea so I guess I have that one covered already.

From what I read there lipoic acid sounds like it actually helps to break down the stones. I'm taking a lot right now for unrelated things so I found this interesting. While the toxins should be flushable if I'm not overloading my liver once it's stone free it sounds like the lipoic acid might help the liver deal with this as well.
